Questions
How much does a CRM for esports arenas cost?
Klubium takes 1% of a paid online booking, with no monthly fee. Cash and payments through your own terminal are free.
Do I need a registered business to use it?
No. Klubium is your bookkeeping — money does not pass through us. You only need a registered business if you want to take online payments through the system.
How do we move from spreadsheets?
Send us your sheet — we move clients, groups, passes and the schedule ourselves. Run both in parallel for the first week.
